Return Window You may request a return/exchange within 7 days of delivery — no questions asked.
Condition for Return
• Item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
• Original tags and packaging must be intact
• Item must be free of stains, odors, or perfume
Non-Returnable Items
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Items marked “Final Sale” or purchased during clearance sales
• Bedsheets and made-to-measure suits, once stitched/altered
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact us at 8128064810 within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item
2. Our team will confirm eligibility and share pickup/drop-off instructions
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process an exchange or refund per your preference
Return Shipping
• If the return is due to a defect or wrong item shipped, we cover return shipping costs
• For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is borne by the customer
Exchanges Subject to stock availability. If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we’ll offer a refund or store credit instead.
