Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 24 hours of placing the order, or anytime before the order is dispatched — whichever is earlier.

How to Cancel
Contact us immediately at [email]/[WhatsApp number] with your order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled — you may request a return instead, per our Return Policy.

Refunds on Cancellation

Prepaid orders: full refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
COD orders: no charge, since payment hasn’t been collected yet

We reserve the right to cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, you will be notified and any payment made will be fully refunded.
